The State Officers look forward to connecting with chapter officers & chapter leaders to help take chapters Beyond the Horizon in the 2025-26 school year! The purpose of this event is to:
- Provide leadership development for chapter leaders.
- Offer chapters the opportunity to plan their year.
- Share the State Officers’ goals & Program of Work for the year.

Registration is open & will close on Friday, September 5 at midnight.
There is no cost to register; there is no limit to how many members from your chapter can participate. Event content will be recorded and/or resources will be available for use following the event.
Chapter Planning Guide is meant for chapters to plan their year. Materials & resources available to help your chapter leaders:
- Complete the Enneagram Personality Test
- Choose a Word for the Year & Set a Vision for 2025-26
- Brainstorm Potential Chapter Activities
- Reviewing how to set SMART Goals for the Chapter
- Using the Vision for 2025-26 & List of Potential Chapter Activities to Develop a Chapter Program of Work with SMART Goals
- Taking the Program of Work to Create a Chapter Calendar of Events
