Join Educators Rising!
Any student in grades 6-12 who has taken or is currently enrolled in an Education & Training or related course is eligible for membership in EdRising. In order to join, members must be affiliated through the online affiliation system. Once members are affiliated they are recognized as members and can attend state and national conferences, compete in competitive events, and attend local chapter events.
Annual Membership Dues: $25
National Dues: $15
State Dues: $10
November 1 – Fall Affiliation Deadline
January 24 – SLC Affiliation Deadline
February 15 – Affiliation Payment Received by Nationals

RECRUIT
Attract new members by highlighting the value of Educators Rising through engaging activities, outreach, and personal connections.
- Host an open house or interest meeting showcasing chapter activities.
- Partner with teachers to share information in classes.
- Use social media to highlight student success stories and chapter events.
RETAIN
Keep members engaged by creating a supportive and enriching environment that fosters growth and connection.
- Plan monthly meetings with interactive activities and guest speakers.
- Develop leadership roles for members to increase involvement and ownership.
- Encourage participation in state and national competitions or conferences.
RECOGNIZE
Celebrate members’ achievements to foster pride and motivation within the chapter.
- Highlight member successes in newsletters, social media, or school announcements.
- Create a “Member of the Month” program to spotlight outstanding contributions.
- Organize an end-of-year awards ceremony or appreciation event.
